主要研究方向

本课题组着重于研究蛋白质翻译的质量监控,利用分子生物学、基因组学、合成生物学以及生物信息学等学科手段在以下领域解决具体的科学问题:(1)病原微生物的致病因子及其致病机理;(2)病原微生物的耐药性机理;(3)病原微生物与宿主的相互作用;(4)通过对工业微生物及环境微生物进行改造,与金属材料学科进行合作交叉研究,结合合成生物学,进行微生物金属腐蚀机理的研究以及新型生物材料的研发。
